Inspiravacations provides a service that allows our members to access travel reservation services at discounted rates in hotels, and resorts (Inspiravacations content) through the Inspiravacations Travel website.
Your Inspiravacations membership is active for the initial number of years your organization subscribed you or until terminated. To use the Inspiravacations service, you must have Internet access and an internet ready device, and provide a current, valid, accepted method of payment, which you may update from time to time ("Payment Method"). You can find specific details regarding your Inspiravacations membership by visiting our website and clicking on the "My Account" link available at the top of the pages of the Inspiravacations website.
The Inspiravacations charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as reservations, taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method.
You can change your Payment Method by visiting our website and clicking on the "Your Account" link. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not change your Payment Method or cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have obtained a valid Payment Method. When you update your Payment Method, you authorize us to continue charging the updated Payment Method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. This may result in a change to your payment dates. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
You accept and understand that you are the only person responsible for the Data (as such term will be defined later on), by “Data” we are referring to any type of information (personal or not) that You enter into the Site, as well as any type of data that results from the use that You make of the Site. Additionally, You understand and accept that by using the Site you are the only person responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Data, as well as the confidentiality of any number or identification code (as a whole, referred to as “User ID´s”), confirmation numbers and/or passwords. Likewise, You commit to not distribute or reveal such information to a third party, therefore You are responsible for notifying Inspiravacations the need to change or cancel any of the User ID´s, confirmation numbers, codes and/or passwords in case these have been or you believe they may have been an object of violation of confidentiality. You guarantee that you are legal age, with full legal capacity to make use of the Site, as well as capable to assume the responsibilities in which you may incur as a result from such use. You understand and agree that you are financially responsible, in such case, for all the activity and/or use that takes place on this Site, either from your part or from those that may use your User ID, confirmation number, code and/or passwords to access the Site. Likewise, you guarantee that all the Data provided by you or by those who may use your User ID is real, exact, updated and complete. In the event that you provide false, inexact, out of date or incomplete information and/or Data, the Intermediary reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate in advance the activity and the access to the Site, as well as deny any type of access to it in the present or future.
3. Membership Cancellation
3.1 You can cancel your Inspiravacations membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Inspiravacations service through the end of your initial membership period or through the end of your current billing period in case you renewed your membership To the extent permitted by the applicable law, membership payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-year membership period. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. All reservations made on the Inspiravacations website shall be respected regardless of account closure
4. Inspiravacations Reservation Service
You must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory or country, to become a member of the Inspiravacations service.
Usually, hotel check-in times begin after 14:00 hours (2:00pm local time), and the latest check-out time on date of departure is 12:00 hours (12:00pm local time) but may vary depending on accommodations.
Must have two forms of identification at time of check-in. A valid driver's license, Military ID or Passport and a major credit card for security deposit. Security deposit policy of hotels may vary.
Although bed types may be specified at the time of booking, Inspiravacations cannot guarantee that rooms with the indicated bed type will be available at check-in. Inspiravacations will make every effort to confirm this, however, available bed types are at the discretion of the property.
Sometimes, it is possible that a room may not be available upon arrival. However, rooms will be made available for check-in as soon as possible. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals depending on availability and accommodations.
The accommodations shall provide guests with complete access and use of the hotel's services, amenities and recreational facilities except any services, amenities and facilities that require additional charges or fees.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in to any party arriving at a hotel with more than the maximum number of guests allowed for the specific reserved room types.
In the event Inspiravacations is informed by the hotel/ resort developer that your selected travel dates are unavailable, Inspiravacations reserves the right to offer substitute accommodations of equal or greater value if available or you will receive a full refund for the total monies paid to Inspiravacations excluding additional fees incurred for previous reservation modifications.
The Traveler must make any claims for the loss or damage of luggage or personal belongings directly with the applicable resort or travel service company.
Travelers must make special requests at the time the reservation is placed regarding additional requirements for children such as a crib or child-care.
Availability of specially requested items is subject to availability and at the discretion of the accommodating property.
Guarantee Policy: Reservation is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only. If you don't check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert the hotel in advance the remaining portion of your reservation will be canceled and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Check-in Policy: The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These charges may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or mini-bar charges) and are not included in the room rate.
All Travelers, including children must have current and valid personal and family documentation, such as passports, visas or national identifying documents, as required for the applicable destination of your trip.
Extra Fee Policy:
Hotel or resorts may charge Mandatory fees. These fees are outlined in the reservation voucher. Mandatory fees are not optional and typically cover items such as resort fees, energy charges or safe fees. These fees are paid directly to the hotel or resort. The amount of the charge is subject to change.
All purchased services are specified in the reservation confirmation, with the exception of those accommodation providers for which the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated. The price may not include extra accommodations charges or fees, service fees, handling fees, destinations surcharges, duties and taxes or incidentals, such as, but not limited to, telephone calls, insurance, laundry service, minibar, parking, etc. which is the responsibility of the Traveler shall be paid directly by the Traveler to the accommodations or service provider. Some countries have a local tax known as "stay tax" or "tourist tax" (eco-tax) which must be paid directly at the establishment and/or the country airport by the Traveler. The Russian tourist tax must be paid directly by the Traveler at the first hotel the Traveler stays at in the country.
By proceeding with a reservation, you agree to all terms and conditions of Inspiravacations, and reservation specific Cancellation Policy and all terms and conditions listed as part of the reservation.
Reservations made through the Inspiravacations service are subject to Terms specified in the reservation confirmation. Terms of the reservations can be reviewed on the reservation confirmation or on the Inspiravacations member website.
Cancelations or changes to the reservations made on the Inspiravacations website are subject to terms of the reservation. Additional fees may apply to any changes or cancelations.
No Refunds will be given for No Shows, Unused Nights, or Early Checkouts.
